You will be prompted with a dialog requesting confirmation.

Once the history of a Fax Server is cleared the next “Update Database” will

retrieve the database of the Fax Server from the selected date onwards.

The function is very useful if you want to start a new archive that contains

faxes from a certain date onwards. If you use it with an existing archive, it

will cause double entries in the database of your Fax Server Access System.

Therefore use this option with care!

3.24 Fax Server Program Options

The Options dialog holds six tab pages with the following subjects:

• FTP Profiles contains the network settings for the Fax Servers.

• Database holds the column properties of the database grid

• Schedule and Viewer controls the printer and startup options and the

unattended download operation.

• Link to Fax Servers controls FaxServer history, FTP log and timeout

and Fax Conversion settings

• Security contains the password protection ability

• Language and CD’s has the language setting and CD archive options.

The tab pages are described in the following paragraphs.
