• The printer button

allows you to print a fax.

• The rotation button rotates the fax image a quarter turn

clockwise.

• The save button lets you save the fax image as bitmap.

• The slider on the bottom of the viewer window allows you to zoom in

and out.

3.8 Printing of faxes from the viewer

When you print a fax from the viewer you see the following dialog:

It allows you to select the printer and offers two properties:

- To scale the fax to fit the page. This option is recommended because faxes

can be longer and wider then the paper in your printer. You must know that

the fax image, however, is not on its original scale which usually will not

easily be noticed.

- To annotate the fax with report line. This is useful when archived faxes are

printed as documentation. The origin of the document will be easier

understood.

3.9 Open an existing Archive

The main dialog of the application displays the Main Archive. All the records

representing faxes are displayed in the Main Archive. Archives are

represented by a file called archive.MDB. Other archives can be opened as

follows.

• Click File in the menu.
